Tyler Rose City Miracle Run
The fourth annual Tyler Rose City Miracle Run took place on April 29th and it couldn’t have gone any better. The race saw more than 120 participants who came out and ran their hardest to support kids who couldn’t. The Children’s Miracle Network hospitals received the proceeds from the race.
In total, 127 people came out to run for a great cause. The CHRISTUS Trinity Mother Frances health system in Tyler, Texas couldn’t be happier! The hospitals aim to support sick children throughout eastern Texas.
The race began at 8 a.m. and came to an end at the Woodcreek Athletic Club when the last runner crossed the finish line in just under an hour later.
It was a race, after all, so it only makes sense to grant the winners their proper recognition.
The results are in and Marshall May took first place by completing the 5K course in 18:46.1 with a pace of 6:03. Andre Youngblood came in second with a time of 19:25.6 while German Garcia rounded out the top three with a time of 19:34.2.
We here at Crown Kia of Tyler are glad to see our community coming together to support the Children’s Miracle Network hospitals.
