This past May, Kia was recognized as one of three most trusted non-luxury brands in the auto industry after performing exceptionally well in the yearly Trusted Automotive Brands Study (TABS) by AMCI Global. To complete the study, TABs used a sample of 2,500 owners across 34 brands. This year’s study reported that Kia remains “solidly in the top tier of the industry in terms of trust.” In response to such a prestigious recognition, Bill Peffer, the vice president of sales operations in Kia Motors America, stated, “Building trust is never easy.
